Humanity was blessed with its greatest divine gift in the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal: Shaykh-ul-Islam in a special statement
Daily Milad gatherings to be held at Minhaj-ul-Quran’s Central Secretariat from 1st to 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal
Founder and Patron-in-Chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, said in a special statement marking the arrival of Rabi-ul-Awwal that the month is the blessed month of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), during which the Lord of the universe bestowed His greatest blessing upon humanity.
He said this is the blessed month in which the Benefactor of Humanity and Mercy to the Worlds, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), was born.
Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the arrival of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) transformed ignorance into knowledge, hatred into love, oppression into justice, division into brotherhood, and misguidance into guidance. The Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), he added, remains an eternal source of peace, justice, mercy, love, tolerance, and human welfare for all of humanity.
He emphasized that there is an urgent need to ensure that love for the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and obedience to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) are not confined merely to emotions and sentiments, but become an integral part of our thought, character, and practical lives.
He said that through a genuine attachment to the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), we can pave the way for personal reform, greater love and harmony within families, peace and stability in society, and the intellectual and moral revival of the Muslim Ummah.
Meanwhile, as in previous years, Minhaj-ul-Quran’s Central Secretariat will host continuous daily Milad gatherings from 1st to 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal, spanning 12 days.
Prominent religious scholars, Naat reciters, and Quran reciters have been invited to participate in the Dawat-e-Milad gatherings. All forums and educational institutions affiliated with Minhaj-ul-Quran are also organizing Milad gatherings as part of the celebrations.
