During the meeting, Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri introduced the vision and global work of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI), with particular emphasis on its commitment to peace, interfaith and intrafaith harmony, dialogue, community development and service to humanity.
The discussion also highlighted the humanitarian and welfare services of Minhaj Welfare Foundation, which works to provide assistance, support and relief to communities and individuals facing hardship.
Shaykh Hammad shared how these humanitarian and peace-building efforts are carried forward under the guidance and intellectual leadership of His Eminence Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, whose vision emphasises peace, moderation, compassion, human dignity and service to humanity.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to explore common areas of humanitarian concern and the importance of collaboration among organisations committed to serving vulnerable communities, strengthening social solidarity and building a more peaceful and compassionate world.
