Mrs. Fizzah Hussain Qadri has appreciated the ongoing campaigns and working of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League in an exclusive meeting held at MWL's Office. In a meeting with the core committee members of MWL Pakistan, Mrs. Fizzah Qadri was briefed about the plan for the annual Itikaf which is to be held in the last 10 days of Ramadan-ul-Mubarak.
The central team MWL held an exclusive meeting on the single agenda point of Women's Itikaf 2022, which is going to be held after a 2 years gap due to COVID-19. The meeting was presided over by President MWL Pakistan Dr. Farah Naz and General Secretary MWL Ms Sidra Karamat. While speaking on the occasion, Dr. Farah Naz said that we can make this Ramadan a source to purify our inner selves. She said that Itikaf is happening after a gap of two years, adding that we should make the most of this opportunity.
Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League (MWL) organized Sayyida-e-Kainat (s.a) conference at Mughal-e-Azam hall, Model Town Lahore. President Minhaj-ul-Quran International Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri delivered the keynote speech. Mrs. Fizzah Hussain Qadri participated in the conference as chief guest. Ms. Azam Sadaat Nazri (Mrs. Consulate General Iran), Ms. Tayyiba Naqvi (Principal Jamia Um-ul-Kitab), Dr. Farah Naz (President Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Pakistan) and Ms. Sidra Karamat (General Secretary MWL) spoke at the conference.
An MoU signing ceremony was held yesterday under the banner of Minhaj University Lahore (MUL) and Catholic Board of Education Lahore. Held in the Ibn-e-Sina Meeting Hall of Minhaj University Lahore, VC Prof Dr Sajid Mahmood Shahzad, and Chairman Catholic Board of Education Lahore Sebastian Francis signed the MoU on behalf of their respective sides.

President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that robbing women of their right to education is not a discretionary power of any individual or a party. It is a globally recognised right of each human being. He said that Islam rather puts an emphasis on getting education by declaring it as a duty of each man and woman. He said that authorities of brotherly Islamic country Afghanistan must realise the importance and inevitability of education because the future of coming generations is at stake.
Addressing a "Rahmatun-lil-Alameen (pbuh) Conference" in Brescia, Italy, Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that the person of the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) is such an embodiment of excellent morality whose parallel cannot be found anywhere in the world. He (pbuh) exercised moderation and taught his followers to be moderate and balanced in their worship, and conduct in life.
Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that the Holy Prophet (pbuh) is the greatest leader of all times who presented a comprehensive charter of human rights. He said that the Madina Pact was the first agreement in human history that the Holy Prophet (pbuh) concluded with the infidels. He said that the Pact is a great example for the establishment of peace.
Addressing the participants of workers' convention, Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that good manners are the identity of a good Muslim. He said that knowledge gained without moral training is not productive. He asked the people to create excellence of morality in themselves, adding that mannerism means to hold oneself to account instead of keeping an eye on the faults of others.
Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri visited the new Islamic Center of MQI in Milan. He was told on the occasion that the renovation work for the building of the new center will begin soon. In his chat, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that the Islamic Center would play its role in promoting the Islamic message of peace, interfaith dialogue and harmony. He said that it would bring people of different communities together for a cordial interaction and dialogue besides being a seat of learning in religious sciences.
Talking to religious scholars, Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that educated society paves the way for national progress and makes us get along with the demands of our age. He asked the religious scholars to guide the people with respect to the Islamic injunctions in a changing world. He said that the Holy Quran describes Muslims as having moderate behaviour.
On the seventh day of their visit, the central delegation of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League visited Tando Adam Khan, Shahdadpur and NawabShah. While meeting the sisters in Tando Adam Khan and Shahdadpur, Zonal Head Sindh Mrs. Ayesha Mubashir spoke on the topic of 'Mujaddid' (revivalist). Later on, the delegation had a meeting with TMQ NawabShah to discuss the agenda of the upcoming Qur'an learning course.
Ms. Rafia Urooj Malik, zonal head Kashmir, attended a Paigham-e-Pakistan conference as the guest speaker from Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League. This conference was organized by Jamia Urwa-tul-Wusqa Lahore, where women from different organizations participated. While addressing the audience, Ms. Rafia Urooj Malik said that love for the country is a part of one's faith in Islam. Being a Pakistani, we should focus on our education and practices. She said that nations are composed of people and every person should play his/her role in the prosperity of Pakistan.
Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri attended a workers' convention held at North West MQI Islamic Center. President MQI Denmark Dr Irfan Zahoor announced the new team of the National Executive Council on the occasion. Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri congratulated the new team members of NEC and appreciated the performance of all forums. He also distributed certificates among those who have got life-memberships of MQI.
A grand unveiling ceremony of Kashmiri translation of Irfan-ul-Quran was held in convocation hall of Shaikh-ul-Aalam Centre for Multidisciplinary Studies, University of Kashmir, Hazratbal Srinagar on 24.03.2022 wherein a large number of intellectuals, members of MQI, academicians and scholars participated. The event was organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran International India, Jammu & Kashmir (MQIIJK) and was hosted by its Srinagar unit.
