The multimedia website of MQI, www.Minhaj.tv, which was inaugurated on the occasion of the Quaid Day on February 19, 2003, has been launched after redevelopment with a responsive design this year on Feb 19, 2016. It can now be accessed on any smart phone and tablet.
More than 1800 videos, 500 audios, and more than 2000 short clips have been uploaded on the website so far where speeches of Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri and other leaders have also been placed in addition to address of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
New addresses are being presented with HD quality, which are now available in four different video and audio formats. Audio speeches can be downloaded. A new category by the name of ‘old is gold, has been made for availability of the old speeches, whereas the list of the featured speeches has been placed separately.
The facility of advance search has also been given in addition to general search. The web users can locate the speech with the aids of CD serial no, speech no, date, topic and place.
The top menu contains the quick buttons and category where the users can watch the thousands of addresses of Shaykh-ul-Islam in categories and sub-categories on one click. The quick upload option contains newly uploaded speeches, most watched speeches in Urdu, English and Arabic and new short clips. A new category of videos consisting of political speeches, short clips, TV talk shows, interviews and public awareness campaign has also been added. The facility of social media share and commentary has also been given at the end of every speech.
The users have been given the facility of subscription for immediate notice of new speeches. Under this method, an automatically generated email is sent to the users as soon as a new speech is uploaded.
Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri receives no royalties
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri receives no royalties from his publications which include his numerous books, DVDs and public speeches. He has dedicated all of his past, present and future royalties to Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
