Chairman Supreme Council, Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri met with the office bearers and workers of Minhaj Women's League & Minhaj Sister's League at NV Center, Denmark. He congratulated the entire team for their successful projects, progress, and engagements.
A new executive body of MQI Denmark has been set up. The oath-taking ceremony of the new body was held here in which Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman MQI Supreme Council, Zill-e-Hassan, President MQI Europe and Dr Irfan, President of MQI Denmark chapter participated as the guests of honour. Congratulating the office-holders of the body, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that the elimination of sectarianism has been the pivot of the efforts of MQI.
Zonal Head Sindh Mrs. Ayesha Mubashir along with Ms. Misbah Mustafa visited the cities of Jamshoro, Kotri and Hyderabad on the 5th day of 8-days long visit. Central delegation visited two UCs of city Hyderabad. Mehfil-e-Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ was organized by the sisters of Kotri and Jamshoro where Mrs. Ayesha Mubashir delivered exclusive talks.
Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri visited construction site of MQI Amager center. The project team, led by President MQI Amager Yassar Gondal, General Secretary Asad Nazir and their team were present during the site visit. The visit included the use of drones to show the building facilities that contain latest technology, security features and Imam accommodation at the heart of Amager City in Copenhagen.
Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman MQI Supreme Council, addressed the audience at Mahfil-e-Samaa event in Denmark on 20th March at Shiny Star Event hall. The event had a spiritual atmosphere with the performances of Arabic Nasheed Group and Turkish Dervish Group that performed Sufi dance. Towards the end, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri gave a closing talk and appreciated the organizing team upon the wonderful arrangement of the Mahfil-e-Samaa event.
The central two-member delegation of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League visited UC Radhan of Mehr city (Dadu). Sisters organized a Mehfil after which zonal head Mrs. Ayesha Mubashir talked about the Shan-e-Mustafaﷺ and our duties as Ummah. After a beautiful programme, six sisters got regular membership of MQI. Later on, the delegation visited the city of Sehwan Sharif situated in district Dadu for the second meet-up of the day.
On the second day of the Sindh visit, the central delegation of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League visited Ghotki and Jacobabad. While meeting the sisters of Ghotki, Mrs. Ayesha Mubashir briefed them about the role of women in the dawah of Deen. She also explained the different projects of various departments. Ms. Misbah Mustafa explained the Shaban plan. Six sisters got the membership and durood circles were registered as a result of the meeting.
President MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that along with the mind-blowing inventions and discoveries in the field of medical science in terms of diagnosis of diseases and the increase in their treatments, there has been a massive hike in the cost of the medical facilities. He said that it has become virtually impossible for the people of low-income groups to afford treatment.
The 25 deserving couples including a Christian one tied the knot in a mass marriage ceremony held under the banner of Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF). Provincial ministers Syed Yawar Abbas Bukhari and Ashifa Riaz Fatyana were the guests of honour in the ceremony. The Foundation also made food arrangements for the 1500 guests and relatives who came with the brides and bridegrooms.

Whilst speaking to the representatives, he highlighted the objectives and goals of MWL and the role it had played in empowering Muslim women as well as disseminating the message of Dīn to the coming generations.
Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri delivered a special talk in a conference held under the banner of MQI Sweden and Hallunda Folkets Hus. The topic of his speech was "Imrportance of integration in Islam." In his speech, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that peace, excellence, and faith are at the heart of the Islamic teachings. He said that lumping Islam with terrorism and extremism is a reflection of Islamophobia and a great intellectual dishonesty.
On the next leg of the Sindh tour, the central delegation of MWL met the sisters of MWL district Larkana. While talking to them, zonal head Sindh, Mrs. Ayesha Mubashir spoke on the topic of Ishq e Mustafa ﷺ. Ms. Misbah Mustafa shared the Shaban plan and briefed sisters about the importance of holding durood circles. After visiting Larkana, the MWL delegation travelled towards district Dadu for a meeting with sisters in Mehr City.
Addressing a ceremony held in connection with Shab-e-Barat, MQI founding-leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that Shab-e-Barat is the night to beseech Allah Almighty and ask Him for forgiveness. He said there is a prophetic tradition that says that Allah Almighty listens to all the prayers made after the mid-night. He said that the best of worships is to repent of one's sins forever and make a vow to live a life of a piety. He said that Allah forgives every sin of those who seek His forgiveness during Shab-e-Barat except the backbiters and the killers.
The four-day long inter-collegiate contests held under the banner of College of Shariah and Islamic Sciences (COSIS) came to an end with an Urdu debate as well as essay writing on the topic of "The reason for our decline is the system, not the people." Students from more than fifty universities and educational institutions of the country took part in the contests. Renowned lawyer Muhammad Azhar Siddique, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Sajjad-e-Nasheen Hazrat Mian Mir Pir Sayyid Haroon Gilani, vice-president Lahore Bar Association M.H. Shaheen, and comedian Hani Albaila also attended the ceremony.
The funeral prayer for the mother of Basir Ahmad, assistant of Shaykh-ul-Islam and IT manager Tanveer Ahmed was performed in Canada. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri himself led the player and made a Dua for the peace of the departed soul. He also prayed to Allah to give the bereaved family the patience and fortitude to bear this loss. MQI Canada leaders, associates and workers as well as members of Pakistani community attended the funeral.
