Description:
In this video, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri elaborates on the topic of 'Be and the Reality of Muhammad (peace be upon him) [Amr e Kun aur Haqeeqat e Muhammadi ï·º]' on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi (pbuh). He states that the entire universe came into existence with the command 'Be [Kun],' but nothing could exist without the descent of God's mercy. This mercy, which existed before 'Be [Kun],' is in fact the Reality of Muhammad (peace be upon him). He further explains that before creating anything, Allah Almighty intends to do so, and intention means desire. Thus, before 'Be [Kun],' there was the being of Allah Almighty and His desire. This desire is called 'Hamd' (praise), and the one who is greatly desired is called 'Muhammad (peace be upon him).' In other words, before 'Be [Kun],' there was the being of Allah and His desire, which is the Reality of Muhammad (peace be upon him). Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri explains the wisdom behind bestowing the Kawthar upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) by stating that Allah did not say, "O Beloved, We have given you abundance," but rather, "We have given you the Kawthar." Abundance is something that can increase or decrease, but Kawthar is the ultimate abundance that never diminishes. He considers the birth of the Prophet (peace be upon him) as a great blessing from Allah upon humanity. He says that the Prophet's arrival gave daughters their rightful place, granted rights to slaves, and illuminated the universe with light. At the time of his birth, stars descended to the earth, idols fell, barren gardens bore fruit, heavens were adorned, angels descended to earth, and the chain of prophethood was sealed."
