Solutions to problems facing Muslims to come through debates. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri

MQI leader Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri met with the ambassadors and the heads of the renowned universities of different Islamic countries after the conclusion of the two-day OIC meeting in Riyadh. They received the copies of Fatwa against terrorism authored by Dr Qadri and termed it as a solid intellectual effort and a great service to Islam.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that Islam is a religion of peace and its teachings in this regard can be found in the Holy Quran. He said that the OIC is the best forum for the resolution of all problems facing the Muslim world. He said that all problems should be brought to the OIC forum for deliberations and the scholars and researchers must debate them with a view to finding their resolution. He said that it is only through great debates that way out of the problems could be found.

After attending the OIC meeting, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri reached the holy city of Madina where he offered Friday prayers and prayed for peace, prosperity, and unity of the Muslim Umma. It was during his stay in the holy city, he was informed of the act of terrorism in Balochistan. He condemned the terrorist incident in the strongest possible words and said that these elements are spreading chaos and anarchy through terrorism. He said that the people of Pakistan rendered many sacrifices in the war on terrorism, adding that the terrorists cannot browbeat them into submission through their nefarious actions. He said that the Pakistani nation stands united against all threats to their national security.
