Dr Qadri said that fasting is the best way for internal purification. He said that the shopkeepers and traders should also respect this holy month by selling their products at affordable prices and become deserving of His mercy and blessings. He asked the government to take immediate measures for an end to illegal profiteering and load-shedding with an intent to give relief to the people so that they can concentrate on their worship. He said that fool-proof security arrangements should be made for the Mosques and other places of worship to thwart any untoward incident.
