A ceremony marking the 69th birthday of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was held at the Farid-i-Millat Research Institute. MQI President Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri attended the ceremony as a special guest, whereas the researchers and the staff members of FMRi including Shaykh Abdul Aziz Dabbagh, Muhammad Farooq Rana and Noorullah Siddiqui participated in the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri lauded the role of FMRi. He said this institute is the backbone of the organization that offers ideological and intellectual support to all directorates and departments of MQI. He said FMRi has been at the forefronts of the efforts to promote the thought and ideology of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri in the form of books.
Senior composer of FMRi Naeem Ahmad was given a farewell in the ceremony. The participants paid rich tributes to him for his long and dedicated service.
The birthday cake was cut at the end of the ceremony and all the participants were entertained.
