Nations go down because of erosion of character Khurram Nawaz Gandapur

The office-holders of PAT Kasur chapter called on Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur in his office. While speaking to the delegation, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that wisdom and patriotism hold a lot of importance in the management of statecraft. He said that the Holy Prophet (pbuh) was the greatest leader who settled political differences with people of other faiths through dialogue and foresight. He said that consultation is key to the resolution of political differences and management of relations, adding that a political leader who thinks he is all-wise and does not need any advice can never reach destination.

Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that no other political party has the kind of culture of consultation and open dialogue that PAT has. He said that all are worried over the price hike, lawlessness and general deterioration in the state of national affairs. He said that when the collective character of a nation goes down, it is held accountable for its acts of omission and commission. He said that bad rulers are imposed on the nation for their wrongdoings. He said that since the time the nation has stopped preaching good and forbidding evil, it has sunk in humiliation.

PAT Secretary General said that raising a voice against oppression and the violation of human rights is an act of piety. Vice President PAT Raja Zahid Mahmood, Arif Chaudhry, Iqbal Sajid, Muhammad Hafeez Chaudhry, Jameel Ahmad, Ch Bashir Ahmad, Malik Sajid Hussain, Muddassir Ali Qadri, Hafiz Wali Muhammad, Muhammad Tayyab and others were present on the occasion.
