Shaykh Hammad Mustafa Al-Madani Al-Qadri, a young scholar and grandson of the founding-leader of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, addressed the Friday congregation at Jamy Shaykh-ul-Islam. He stated that through the company of scholars, one attains knowledge, through the company of wise people, one attains wisdom, and through the company of the people of Allah, one recognizes Allah.
Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri said that it is Allah, the Lord of Dignity, who has created every human being upon a sound nature, which is manifested in habits. This nature compels, he said, humans to engage in some matters and abandon others, fostering an inclination and affinity towards religion. He emphasized that those who consider themselves close to the people of Allah and the truth should know that they are aligned with their nature, and those who are distant from the people of Allah should understand that they are distant from their nature.
He asserted that the eternal principles dictate that those who remain steadfast on the path of truth with integrity and trustworthiness are fewer in number. The people of truth may be fewer in number quantitatively, but they are elevated in terms of value, worth, and status. He, however, added in the same breath that their perseverance on the path of truth results in their reward being permanent, as Allah, the Lord of Dignity, grants them continuity until the Day of Judgment.
Therefore, until the Day of Judgment, the world and humanity will continue to derive light, illumination, and vitality from them. He stated that the people of truth, the people of Allah, and the chosen servants of Allah are those upon whom, when seen, the grandeur and magnificence of Allah, the Lord of Dignity, are reflected, and when their faces are seen, Allah comes to mind. At the conclusion of the Friday prayer, President Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, made Dua.
