PAT spokesperson rejects Nawaz Sharif’s claim of Shaykh-ul-Islam’s meeting with a General

The spokesperson of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has rejected the claim made by Mian Nawaz Sharif regarding an alleged meeting between Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and a general in 2014.

In a response, the spokesperson stated that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has already dismissed this claim as false and baseless. He said that Nawaz Sharif's repeated accusations seem to be a result of an illness of delusion. He suggested to the PMLN leader to seek treatment for this delusional illness or that someone close to him is misleading him and repeatedly making him utter lies. Nawaz Sharif should correct his information.

The spokesperson expressed understanding of Nawaz Sharif's distress and advised him to be patient with the pain and suffering he is experiencing. The spokesperson reiterated that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri did not have any individual or collective meeting with any general in London or Canada and firmly rejected this claim once again.
