Sohail Ahmad Raza Visits Central Mosque of Russia 2025

Director of Interfaith Relations, Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Sohail Ahmad Raza, visited the Central Mosque of Russia, the country’s largest and most prominent Muslim community mosque, during his official visit to Moscow.

During the visit, he met Mr. Ildar Galeev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Muslims of the Russian Federation, and introduced him to the mission, vision, and global peace initiatives of Minhaj-ul-Quran International under the leadership of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.

Sohail Ahmad Raza presented Mr. Galeev with a set of Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri’s scholarly works, including the English translation of the Holy Quran, Manifesto on the Quran, the renowned Fatwa on Terrorism and Suicide Bombings, and other books in English and Arabic for the mosque’s library. Mr. Raza also extended an invitation to Mr. Galeev to visit the Minhaj-ul-Quran International headquarters in Pakistan, which he graciously accepted.

This visit marks an important step in strengthening interfaith and intercultural dialogue between Pakistan and Russia, and in promoting global harmony and mutual understanding among faith communities.
