Description:
In this lecture, Dr. Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri highlights how Allah Almighty uses the stories of the Prophets to guide and purify the souls of the people. Narrating the lives of the Prophets is both the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the Sunnah of Allah. Allah sent Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a role model for the Muslim Ummah, and through the stories of past Prophets, Allah intends for people to learn the virtues of asceticism, piety, patience, contentment, and the oneness of Allah. By following their path, one can achieve success both in this world and the Hereafter.

Dr. Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri also discusses how Allah used the trials faced by previous Prophets to console Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) when he faced hardships from disbelievers. He mentions the hardships of Hazrat Yunus(A.S), Hazrat Ayyub (A.S), Hazrat Yusuf (A.S), Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S), Hazrat Isa (A.S), and Hazrat Musa (A.S), emphasizing that these stories were meant to teach that Allah is all-powerful and that He never abandons those who remain steadfast in the truth.

The lecture stresses that Prophets are leaders of their communities, and true leaders are those who display immense patience and resilience. A leader endures hardship to bring peace and tranquility to society. Prophets never cursed their people in times of difficulty but always prayed for their guidance and well-being.

The teachings of the Prophets play a crucial role in shaping and developing a person's character. Dr. Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri emphasizes the importance of communicating with kindness and sincerity, as exemplified by the Prophets. Repeating messages to ensure understanding, as done in the Quran, is an effective way to communicate and help others grasp important lessons.

This lecture serves as a reminder to all, especially scholars, preachers, teachers, and leaders, about the importance of positive communication, sincerity, and consistent guidance when seeking to reform and guide others.
