The 71st Quaid Day 2022 celebrations arranged by Minhaj-ul-Quran International UK in Manchester, UK with chief guest Dr Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri, Chairman Supreme Council. Members from all over UK came to Manchester to attend the ceremony. Over 500 members are present with their families to celebrate the bounties bestowed upon them in the form of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. Not only does Shaykh ul Islam guide all the members spiritually he also educates the masses worldwide through his scholarly works and speeches.
The birthday celebrations of MQI founding leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri continue by MQI chapters across the world. For the workers of MQI, the day is an occasion to express gratitude to Allah Almighty and renew the commitment and pledge to work for the realisation of his message of peace and harmony. MQI Canada organized a Quaid Day celebration on February 20 in this regard.
Addressing a special ceremony held in his honour at Minhaj University Lahore (MUL), Prof Dr Ali Erbas, Turkish Minister for Religious Affairs, has said that people in Turkey are greatly appreciative of the religious and educational services of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. He said that the contributions made by Minhaj-ul-Quran International for the promotion of Islamic teachings, peace, and interfaith dialogue are worthy of being praised.
A special prayer ceremony marking the 71st birthday of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was held at the central secretariat. Shaykh-ul-Islam attended the ceremony online. Pir Dewan Ahmad Masood Chishti, Sajjada Nasheen Dargah Baba Fareeduddin Masood Ganjshakar (R.A), presided over the ceremony. In addition to President MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Brig. (r) Iqbal Ahmad Khan, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Raja Zahid Mahmood, Altaf Hussain Gillani, GM Malik, Dr Sajid Mehmood Shahzad, Noorullah Siddiqui, Jawwad Hamid, Mazhar Alvi, Irfan Yousaf, Farah Naz, Sidra Karamat, a large number of MQI and PAT workers and leaders attended the ceremony.
A high level Turkish delegation visited the central secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) along with Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Dr Noor-ul-Haq Qadri. Prof Dr Ali Erbas, Minister for Religious Affairs, Republic of Turkey, was leading the delegation. The delegates offered Asr prayer in Gosha-e-Durood which was led by the honorable Turkish Minister.
Minhaj-ul-Quran Australia (New South Wales) organized a grand Quaid Day celebration program in Sydney Australia on Saturday 19th February 2022 to celebrate the 71st birthday of the founder of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. The program was organized at the Auburn Centre for Community’s main hall and was attended by dozens of people who came from various parts of Sydney to show their love and affection with their beloved Quaid.

Dr Qadri has the status of a scholarly training school in this day and age. He has given us the awareness of reforms in every walk of life.
Addressing a Quaid Day ceremony held under the banner of Minhaj Internet Bureau (MIB) and IT in the conference hall, MQI President Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that the sincerity of intention is the guarantee of success in whatever we do in life. He said there are many blessings in staying connected with the mission with utmost sincerity and steadfastness. Under the theme of "Haidariyam", a Qawali Night was held at the main Secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International to mark the 71st birthday celebrations of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. The event was organized by the Mustafavi Students Movement (MSM). President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, attended the event as the guest of honour. Famous Qawwals, Zain and Zohaib brothers, and Hasnain Akbar Group, created an atmosphere of spiritual bliss and rapture with their melodious recitation of the Sufis' Kalam and poetry.
Addressing a seminar on the first foundation-day of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan (NMP), Deputy Chairman NMP Khurram Nawaz Gandapur has said that the preparation of religious curriculum and its implementation is a great success. He said that Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan started a teacher's training program for the teachers of religious seminaries for the first time. He said that reforms in the 273-year-old curriculum is an extraordinary initiative and we are very happy to have worked for this important task under the guidance of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
MQI leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has expressed his deep sense of grief and sorrow on the death of Muhammad Sultan who got injured in Model Town and also remained incarcerated. In his condolence message to the bereaved family, he said that late Muhammad Sultan was an ideological and committed worker of MQI. He said that he remained part of the legal struggle for justice for the martyrs of the Model Town tragedy till the last breath of his life.
Addressing the rally, central MSM president Chaudhry Irfan Yousaf said that Pakistan Medical Commission committed robbery on the rights of medical students last year at the time of the entry test. He made it clear to the authorities that no such action will be accepted that will affect the rights of students this time round. He said that uniform system of education is our legal right. He further added that only those countries progress where education is given prime importance.
Mahfil e Husn-e-Qirat was arranged in Aghosh complex, a subsidiary organization of MQI in which renowned Qaris had the honour to recite the verses from the Holy Quran in their mesmerizing voices. Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, president MQI, was the guest of honour in the ceremony.
Farid-e-Millat Dr Farid-ud-Din Qadri, the father of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, has been given a gold medal posthumously in recognition of his extraordinary services that he rendered during the freedom movement under the patronage of of Allama Dr Muhammad Iqbal and the leadership of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
