Former national cricketer and renowned leg spinner Mushtaq Ahmed attended the speech competition on the third day of the inter-collegiate contests held under the banner of College of Shariah and Islamic Sciences (COSIS) at the secretariat of MQI. Speaking on the occasion, Mushtaq Ahmad said that Islam is all about character building. He said that we can benefit from the teachings of our beloved Prophet (pbuh) only when we will implement them in all areas of our individual and collective life.
Central delegation of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League is on an organizational visit to Sindh zone from 15th March to 22nd March. On the 1st day of visit, Zonal Head Ms. Ayesha Mubashir and Ms. Misbah Mustafa visited districts Sakkhar and Ghotki. While meeting sisters of Goth Kandiaro, city Sukkhar, Ms. Ayesha Mubashir briefed them about the Quranic ideology for a purposeful life in the light of Surah Al-Asr. Later on Ms. Misbah Mustafa spoke in detail about the wazaif and ibada'h of Shaban and especially about the night of repentance.
The funeral prayer for the mother of Basir Ahmad, assistant of Shaykh-ul-Islam and IT manager Tanveer Ahmed was performed in Canada. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri himself led the player and made a Dua for the peace of the departed soul. He also prayed to Allah to give the bereaved family the patience and fortitude to bear this loss. MQI Canada leaders, associates and workers as well as members of Pakistani community attended the funeral.
MWL Mönchengladbach Germany organized a special session with the Chairman Supreme Council, MQI Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri. President MQI Germany Mian Imran ul Haq, President MWL Germany Uzma Tariq, GS MWL Germany Javirya Sajjad, President MWL Mönchengladbach Khadija Nawaz and GS Minhaj Sisters League Orudj Arshad were present during the Tarbiyah session. Speaking on the second day of inter-collegiate competitions being held under the banner of Bazm-e-Minhaj, COSIS, President MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that the teachings of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) offer solution to all the problems humanity is facing today. He said that the state of Madina was such an administrative, political, and social model that it would continue to serve as a template of a welfare state till the Day of Judgment. He said that with the establishment of the state of Madina, the political instability came to an end.
Pakistan German Awareness Initiative in collaboration with Minhaj-ul-Quran International Germany organised a get-together cum dinner for the Pakistani community of NRW to initiate religious awareness for our coming generation. Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman Supreme Council, MQI, was the guest of honour on the occasion. He is a lawyer and the first scholar in the world who has done his research on Constitution of Medina (Misaq e Madina) in comparison with the world constitutions.
Deputy Chairman BoG, Minhaj University Lahore, Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri met with the delegation from the University of Putra Malaysia (UPM). A week-long inter-collegiate competition kicked off with Husn-e-Qirat and Arabic speech competitions under the banner of College of Shariah and Islamic Sciences, Minhaj University Lahore. More than 50 male and female students belonging to over 25 colleges, universities and educational institutions from across Pakistan took part in the Husn-e-Qirat and Arabic speech competition.
Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri reached Germany on a 4-day tour. He will meet the members of the Pakistani community, representatives of religious and social organisations and cultural bodies as well as the literary people during his stay. He will also preside over a meeting of the National Executive Council and address the participants of the NEC. Dr Hassan will also attend several ceremonies to be hosted in his honour by the Pakistani community. Besides this, he will also address seminars on the topic of Islam as a religion of peace and security.

In his speech, he said that MQI is a movement working for the promotion of peace and knowledge in the world. He said that MQI has created an impact and presented real teachings of Islam before the world to allay their misperceptions. He said that the credit for the amazing work of MQI goes to its workers who have been at the forefront of efforts to promote peace and build bridges.
The Spain-based Pakistani community members, consisting of traders, educationists, IT experts, doctors, and local political leaders, arranged a reception in the honour of Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman MQI Supreme Council. Senior MQI leaders and workers attended the reception. Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri delivered a thought-provoking address on the state of Madina on the occasion. Afterwards, the Pakistani community members announced to get Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadr's book on the state of Madina translated into Spanish language.
Speaking at a seminar held under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League at the central secretariat of MQI, Provincial Minister for Women Development Ashifa Riaz Fatyana has said that the government would not compromise on women empowerment. She said that the kind of focus, commitment and delivery shown by the current government on the the matters of women's welfare, education, and training, there is no other example before it.

He briefed the Chairman about the progress of the MQI France chapter. He also shared details about the activities at MQI centre. Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri expressed his satisfaction at the pace of work and progress shown by MQI France. He said that teamwork always pays dividends, stressing the importance of staying the course with dedication and commitment.
The representatives of Minhaj Welfare Foundation & Minhaj Tadfeen Services met with Chairman Supreme Council (MQI), Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri. The teams presented detailed performance reports of their activities, engagements, and projects. Dr Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri was well-pleased and satisfied with their activities and praised them for their efforts, especially during the first few lockdowns at the start of the pandemic.
