The 40th foundation of Minhaj-ul-Quran International will be celebrated on October 17. A ceremony will be held at the central secretariat at 8 pm to mark the day. MQI founding leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri will join the ceremony through the video link. The eminent speakers who will speak on the occasion include Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Siraj-ul-Haq, senior PPP leader Sardar Latif Ahmad Khosa, provincial minister for religious affairs Syed Saeed-ul-Hassan Shah, former CM Punjab Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, Sahibzada Dr Abu-ul-Khair Muhammad Zubair, Syed Ziaullah Shah Bokhari, Chairman Pakistan Red Crescent Society Ibrar-ul-Haq, Sahibzada Hamid Raza, and Pir of Kot Mithan Sharif Khawaja Moin-ud-Din Mahboob Koreja.
The chief highlight of the foundation-day ceremony is the special address of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. The arrangements of the ceremony have been completed and the invitation letters have been sent to the honorable guests.
