Founder and Patron-in-Chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, has expressed his sorrow and grief over the passing of the respected mother of Abdul Sattar Minhajian, Director of Minhaj Internet Bureau and Social Media.
In his message of condolence, Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri prayed for the forgiveness, mercy, and exalted status of the departed soul. He said, “May Allah Almighty grant her forgiveness and bestow patience and solace upon the bereaved family.”
Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, President Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Secretary-General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, and other leaders of Minhaj-ul-Quran and Pakistan Awami Tehreek also extended their heartfelt condolences to Abdul Sattar Minhajian and his grieving family.
The funeral prayer was held in the family’s native area, Satyana Road (Faisalabad), and was attended by a large number of people, including Deputy Secretary Media Affairs Noorullah Siddiqui, Haji Amin-ud-Din Qadri, Allama Ghulam Murtaza Alvi, Sanaullah Tahir, Ain-ul-Haq Baghdadi, Muhammad Sanaullah, Sabir Hussain, Kashif Iqbal, Mian Kashif, Mian Abdul Qadir, members of Minhaj-ul-Quran, Pakistan Awami Tehreek, and local residents.
In a related message, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri also expressed sorrow over the death of the father of Abrar Raza Advocate, President of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (Islamabad Zone). He prayed for the forgiveness and elevation of the deceased's ranks, saying, “May Allah Almighty grant Abrar Raza Advocate and his entire family the strength to endure this great loss.”
Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Noorullah Siddiqui, Raja Zahid Mehmood, Sardar Umar Daraz, Qazi Shafiq, and other leaders also offered their condolences and prayers for the forgiveness and high status of the deceased.
