Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri Expresses Deep Grief over the Demise of Pir Dr. Syed Jameel-ur-Rehman Chishti

The Founder and Patron-in-Chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, has expressed profound sorrow and grief over the passing of the distinguished scholar and spiritual leader, Pir Dr. Syed Jameel-ur-Rehman Chishti, Sajjada Nashin of Dargah Alia Chishtia, Kamonki.

In his condolence message, Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the late Pir sahib devoted his entire life to the service of Islam, spiritual training, moral reformation, and the promotion of love, peace, and brotherhood.

He prayed that Almighty Allah elevate the departed soul’s ranks in the Hereafter, make his grave a garden from the gardens of Paradise, shower His infinite mercy upon him, and grant patience and solace to the bereaved family.

Pir Dr. Syed Jameel-ur-Rehman Chishti was the brother of Pir Syed Khalil-ur-Rehman Chishti.

Chairman Supreme Council Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, President Minhaj-ul-Quran International Prof. Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, and other leaders also expressed deep sorrow and condolences on his demise, praying for the forgiveness of the departed soul and elevation of his spiritual ranks.
