
At the 12th session of the ongoing Duroos-e-Irfan al-Qur’an held during the blessed month of Ramadan under the auspices of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Deputy Secretary General Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees delivered a comprehensive, well-argued, and thought-provoking address in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah on the topic, “The Role of Spouses in Family Stability.”
In his speech, he described mutual respect, tolerance, love, and a sense of responsibility between husband and wife as the foundation of a strong family system. He stated that stable families are the guarantee of a strong and balanced society. He further remarked that if the domestic system is structured in accordance with Islamic teachings, issues such as social unrest, disorder, and moral decline can naturally be eliminated.
President of Minhaj-ul-Quran Gujrat Division, Chaudhry Muhammad Wasim Humayun, welcomed political and social personalities, as well as individuals from various walks of life who attended the session. He said that the ongoing series of Duroos-e-Irfan al-Qur’an is an important need of the present time for intellectual and moral reform.
A large number of men and women participated in the gathering. The event concluded with a special prayer for the peace, security, and prosperity of the country and for the well-being of the Muslim Ummah.
