The “Easy Quran Translation Course” will enable millions to better understand the Quran: Allama Ghulam Murtaza Alvi

The Training Directorate of Minhaj-ul-Quran has launched a unique “Easy Quran Translation Course” to promote a deeper understanding of the Holy Quran. The course is designed to help people of all ages understand the Quranic text, acquire basic translation skills, and develop practical familiarity with Quranic vocabulary within a short period. To support this initiative, a dedicated textbook has been published, and the course has been made available online.
Congratulating the Training Directorate on this significant educational and religious initiative, Minhaj-ul-Quran Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that the Holy Quran is the final and complete Book of Guidance revealed by Almighty Allah. He emphasized that it was not revealed merely for recitation, but to be understood, reflected upon, and implemented in every aspect of life.
He added that since its inception, Minhaj-ul-Quran has remained committed to promoting Quranic understanding, spreading the teachings of the Holy Quran, and strengthening the Muslim community's connection with the Divine Book. The “Easy Quran Translation Course”, he said, is a continuation of this noble mission.
Khurram Nawaz Gandapur noted that in today's fast-paced world, accessible and effective educational programs are a pressing need. Through such initiatives, young people, students, women, working professionals, and senior citizens can study and understand the Holy Quran at their own convenience. He described the course as a major milestone in Minhaj-ul-Quran's educational and outreach efforts, expressing confidence that it would serve as a valuable means of Quranic understanding for millions.
Director of the Training Directorate, Allama Ghulam Murtaza Alvi, explained that the “Easy Quran Translation Course” has been developed in accordance with modern teaching methodologies, enabling even an average learner to understand the Quranic text and perform basic translation within a short time.
He further stated that the online course includes audio recitation by an expert Qari, allowing participants to learn the correct pronunciation, articulation, and recitation of Quranic words alongside their meanings.
He also revealed that the Training Directorate has prepared a team of specially trained scholars who will introduce and conduct the course at educational institutions, universities, seminaries, mosques, and other religious and academic centers across the country.
Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, the Deputy Secretaries General, central leadership, and office-bearers of Minhaj-ul-Quran extended their congratulations to the Training Directorate and its entire team on the successful development and launch of the “Easy Quran Translation Course.”
