Saturday 18th January saw the launch of a monthly faith meets faith event at the Expressions Cafe in Walsall. This will be a regular gathering of people from all Faiths and none to come together with one common goal, to spread peace.
Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Dallas organized a splendid Mawlid al-Nabi program for sisters today on Saturday, January 18, 2020, which was commemorated by an impressive number of sisters from Dallas Fort-worth area. Minhaj-ul-Quran Dallas Women League president Sister Riffat Qazi conducted the proceedings of the ceremony with the introduction of Minhaj-ul-Quran, its goal, and the unprecedented scholarly work of Shaykh-ul-Islam.
The study and winter camp for 50 students of Gilgit-Baltistan started under the banner of the Mustafavi Students Movement. The camp will continue for one month. MSM Lahore chapter president Ikhlaq Hussain, Fraz Hashmi and others welcomed the students. Secretary-General MSM Ziluj Inqilabi, president MSM Azad Kashmir Mir Ahsan Munir, president MSM GB Hassan Ali, Allama Sarfraz, Ahsan Sumbal and others were present on the occasion.
The meeting of MYL’s Central Youth Council was held at the central secretariat in Model Town with president Mazhar Mahmood Alvi in the chair. Central, provincial and district office-holders of the Youth League attended the meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to ponder over the 2020 Working Plan and targets. The participants reviewed the performance of the youth organizations and gave targets for the future.
MWL North Zone team organised a motivating and constructive Workshop hosted by MWL Oldham at Madinah Hall in Oldham aimed to encourage and provide training through a series of workshops and presentations to ensure each member of Minhaj womens league is working to thier utmost potential.
Allama Rana Nafees Hussain Qadri, while addressing the monthly spiritual gathering of Gosha-e-Durood held under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) at the central secretariat, said Islam is an advocate of respect for humanity and human dignity. He said the revival of Islam's educational and spiritual values is essential for the establishment of a peaceful and law-abiding society.
Minhaj Women league in Sheffield held the Halqa e Durood Shareef. Recitation of the holy Quran with Urdu translation was given by Baji Shahida followed by Baji Pukhraj beautiful Hadith Shareef, a short lecture by Dr Shaykh-ul-Islam.
Senior MQI leaders who were in Saudi Arabia to perform Umra reached Lahore. MQI workers received Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Raja Zahid Mahmood, Allama Rana Nafees Qadri, Hafiz-ur-Rehman Khan, and Naeem-ud-Din Chaudhry Advocate at the Lahore airport. Brig. (r) Iqbal Ahmad Khan and Jawad Hamid had reached Lahore a day before after performing Umra.

Eagers, which is a subsidiary forum of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League, distributed warm clothes and sweaters among the deserving families in a kachi settlement in the Township area of Lahore. Speaking on the occasion, General Secretary MWL Ms. Sidra Karamat said that helping the children belonging to the poor households is the moral, social and religious duty of every member of our society. She said Islam also enjoins upon its followers to be merciful and affectionate towards the underprivileged sections of society.
In a strong reaction to Muhammad Sultan being handcuffed & tied to the hospital bed, MQI leader Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri 'congratulated' Prime Minister Imran Khan, for, in his Naya Pakistan, the law has become 'equal' for all. He said, on the one hand, those convicted by the courts are free to go abroad, on the other, the innocent and poor Pakistanis, sentenced to jail terms on self-concocted and false cases, get operated upon and treated in handcuffs even on hospital beds.
Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League bids farewell to year 2019 in full spirits. This has been a wonderful year filled with activities and field visits of our central and field designates in every town and city across the country. Every day has been a step forward in this great journey of spreading the Mustafavi mission in the guidance of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
Irfan-ul-Hidayah, a grand project of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League, is aimed at promoting Quranic teachings and culture in society through easy and scientific ways. This year during winter vacations, Al-Hidayah Quran Learning Course was launched for the students & the Quran scholars. The main purpose of initiating this camp was to produce educated Quran scholars for the society. With a large number of participants, this camp was started on 22nd December 2019 and continued with daily lectures, workshops and individual interactive sessions.
The 7-day Irfan-ul-Hidayah camp held under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League came to an end. The participating women were given courses in the Quranic sciences, Grammar, Interpretation, Translation, Irfan-ul-Aqaid, Irfan-ul-Hadith, Principles of Hadith, the public speaking skills, teaching methodology, and the Quranic Encyclopedia, etc. Hundreds of women from 20 different cities attended the concluding ceremony,
