PAT and Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League took out a peaceful march outside the Lahore Press Club in response to the objectionable placards and banners displayed on the occasion of the so-called Aurat March on the International Women’s Day. The March was led by MWL leaders namely Farah Naz, Sidra Kramat, Ayesha Mubashar, Zainab Arshad, Anita Ilyas, Sana Waheed, Amna Batool, and Noreen Alvi.
A two-day free medical camp was held for the staff members of the central secretariat under the aegis of Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF) Lahore. The mobile medical unit was moved to the secretariat for this purpose. The free blood tests of the leaders and the staff members were conducted on the first day.

Addressing a meeting held in connection with the International Women Day, Mrs. Farah Naz, President of Minhaj Women League, has said that Islam gave economic protection to the women 1400 years ago by making her shareholder in the inheritance. She said that the rights of women have been clearly determined in different roles such as wife, daughter, and mother.

MQI President Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is the last of prophets and his teachings are the source of guidance till the Day of Judgment. He said that the present age is an age of mischief as our faith and creed are being attacked from multiple quarters.
Addressing a Quran Conference in Frankfurt (Germany), Chairman of the MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that the scholars have done a lot of work on the Holy Quran in different ages. He said that the Sufis, Mashaykh, and religious scholars of the olden times carried out research work on the meanings of the Quranic text in their respective ages and now 8-volume Quranic Encyclopedia compiled by Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri that covers 5000 subjects is a great revivalist work.
The monthly spiritual gathering of Gosha-e-Durood was held under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) at the central secretariat on March 2. Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees Qadri, Raja Zahid Mahmood, Sayyid Musharraf Ali Shah, Malik Ijaz Qadri and Haji Nafees Qadri were present on the stage. Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, President of the MQI, was the chief guest on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri threw light on the chief characteristics of the Encyclopedia. He said that the Holy Quran is the path of progress, salvation, peace and love.

The matters relating to the party affairs and its work came under discussion during the meeting. Mian Maqsood Ikram briefed the MQI President about the upcoming vision of the Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri and the inaugural ceremony of the Quranic Encyclopedia.
Addressing the Quran and Science Conference held under the banner of Mustafavi Students Movement, Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Dr Noor-ul-Haq Qadri has said that the Madina state is all about following in the footprints of the Holy Prophet (SAW). He said that the subject of the Holy Quran is the welfare of humanity. He said that the Divine Book is the source of all sciences and knowledge in the universe. He said that Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri has undertaken a great service of Islam by compiling the Quranic Encyclopedia.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that knowledge without good deeds is of no use. He said that the holy Quran offers us guidance and the way to salvation. He said that pollution of sectarianism has hurt Islamic message of peace, love and knowledge. He said that the MQI is spreading the universal message of Islam based on love and reform of our lives to every nook and corner of the world.
