Speech By: Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri
Description:
Shaykh ul Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri explains in this video the true status of the purified Ahl al Bayt (A.S) and the religious significance of their complete purity and sanctity in the light of verse 33 of Surah al Ahzab, known as Ayat al Tatheer. He states that through the use of the word “Innama” a term denoting exclusivity and restriction in the Holy Quran, Allah Almighty has distinguished this unique excellence of the Ahl al Bayt (A.S) from all other beings in the universe and made it exclusive to them. It is further explained that removing every form of “rijs” sin, doubt, impurity, and evil from the Ahl al-Bayt (A.S) is part of Allah Almighty’s Takwini Will (Divine Creative Will), which no worldly power or historical event can ever nullify or alter. Furthermore, in the light of the Hadith al Thaqalayn, it is established that the Holy Quran and the Ahl al Bayt (A.S) will never be separated from one another, and that those who defend their enemies will face disgrace at the Pond of al Kawthar. Finally, through the example of the Holy Prophet ﷺ carrying his grandsons upon his blessed back and the event of Mubahala, it is made clear that loving the Ahl al-Bayt (A.S) is, in reality, loving the Holy Prophet ﷺ, while hostility towards them amounts to waging war against Allah Almighty and His Messenger ﷺ.
