A 48th 'Urs' ceremony of Dr Farid-ud-Din Qadri (ra), the beloved father of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, was held at central Mosque Ghous-ul-Azam under the banner of MQI USA. Muhammad Razi Niazi, President MQI USA, presided over the ceremony. A large number of people including members of the MQI family attended the event.
MQI Canada arranged a ceremony in remembrance of Farid-e-Millat Dr Farid-ud-Din Qadri (ra), the beloved father of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. The program started with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran by Qari Shafiq Ahmad Naeemi Al-Azhari in his beautiful and melodious voice followed by the translation and the narration of three Hadith by Hafiz Umair Waqas.
Addressing the Farid-e-Millat Scholarship Award ceremony, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of Minhaj Education Society and President MQI, has said that education offers the only way forward for progress of the country. He said that the educational institutions working under the banner of MQI are imparting both quality but affordable education as well as moral training to the students. He said that the award of merit scholarships to the deserving but talented students is helping the poor parents realize the dream of giving higher education to their children.
All the four regions, Scotland, North, Midlands and South, joined an exclusive session with Dr Ghalza Hassan Qadri alongside their teams. The purpose of the session was to provide updates on what they’ve been doing during lockdown. The sisters, who are new members of Minhaj Sisters UK, were also given the chance to talk about their experiences and be introduced to Dr Ghazala Hassan Qadri.
In an online address to thousands of social media activists, MQI founding-leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that the youth should make sure to learn the use of the modern means of communication in line with the social and moral values and the religious teachings. This weekend we reached the fifth and sixth station of our Online Quranic Journey arranged under the banner of Minhaj Women League and Minhaj Sisters Europe on the official YouTube channel of Minhaj Sisters Europe. Many sisters from Europe, Pakistan, India and UAE joined the class where we covered last 9 Paras of the Quran. Ustazah Masarrat Bashir took covered para 20 to 25 and Ustazah Farah Naz took class on Sunday by covering next four paras.

Addressing Sayyida Ayesha Siddiqa (ra) Conference held under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League through audio link, Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) founding-leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that the chamber of the mother of the believers, Sayyida Ayesha Siddiqa (ra), was the first school of Hadith and Sunnah dedicated to the spread of religious sciences. She (ra) was excellent example in herself in piety, Godwariness, and the service of Islam.
