Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has congratulated the Muslim world on the auspicious occasion of Hajj. Allah Ditta Tahir, a graduate of COSIS, has completed his Ph.D. from the University of Punjab. Department of Economics approved his degree. His thesis was "Macroeconomic Instability and Social Development in Development Countries: A Panel Data Analysis". It is important to mention here that Dr AD Tahir graduated from COSIS in 2001. He is Assistant Professor in Government College Township.

Muhammad Sultan fell seriously sick and was shifted to Karachi after many efforts. Dr Qadri congratulated him on his release from the jail and prayed for his early recovery. He asked the youth and the internet users not to believe in the content shared online without carrying our necessary research about its authenticity. Minhaj-ul-Quran International leader Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that there were three phases of the protest movement aimed at seeking justice in the Model Town case. Firstly when the FIR was not being registered; secondly, when the report of Justice Baqir Najafi Commission was not being made public and thirdly, when the demand for the formation of neutral JIT was not being accepted. He said he is very happy to learn that the Lahore High Court has accepted the bail of the innocent workers who were booked on false charges. He said we now await the verdict of them being declared innocent.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said the doctors, nurses, and paramedics saved the lives of people during the Corona pandemic by putting themselves in harm's way. He referred to the saying of Allah Almighty wherein He said whosoever saves life of an individual, it is as if he saved the entire humanity. He said the doctors, nurses, and medical staff have also acted upon the Islamic commandments in their act of saving the lives of the people, adding that their service should be respected and appreciated.

He said the life of this world is temporary and good repute and actions are a real asset.
